The region from the Bruce Peninsula to Parry Sound is one of true grandeur. The lakes really are blue and pristine. Cliffs rise from the water, and it is not uncommon to be able to see to the very depths of the lake.
The region divides in terms of diving into: The Bruce Peninsula, with the greatest activity in Tobermory. The Collingwood area. Lake Simcoe. Christian Island and Midland area. Muskoka Lakes and Parry Sound.
The sheer volume of diving available in this crescent prevents the first map from going into any detail. The next level of maps will display the actual dive sites and shops. Even the parks symbol may indicate up to four individual parks at this scale.
